Yes, we have a printer and a scanner available at no charge for reasonable use, and a shredder as well!

Q: Will there be someone at reception to help with welcoming people?

Yes.

Q: What are the payment conditions?

7 days after issue date of invoice (invoice issued immediately after rooms have been used).

Q: How do I cancel a booking?

By emailing bookings@resolutionhouse.co.nz. There is no charge if booking cancelled at more than 24 hours notice; shorter notice up to 50% of room charge may apply.

Q: Is there parking available at Resolution House?

Yes, Resolution House has good off-street parking for up to 6 cars and free on-street parking.

Q: Are there kitchen facilities available?

Yes, limited to tea and coffee making, fridge & microwave. Other refreshments can be provided as required, cost on application. Northcote Shopping Centre is located 50 metres away with cafes and other eating options.
